We manufacture wooden feed lattices that are suits all types of machineries. We used compressed lamination wood, seasoned wood to produce the lattice to avoid cracks and shrinkages. The wooden lattices are adequately stable under normal conditions and are also cost effectives.
Wooden Spiked Lattice
The spiked lattices are manufactured from laminated high density compressed wood for more durability. The lags are fitted with specially designed large headed steel refits for more strengths .heavy duty belts are used to protect the contact between pulleys and refits for longer life of lattices. The carbon steel pins which are used in these lattices are made up with special care to maintain the quality and longer production life and be coated for permanent protection from corrosion.
Re Modeling of Wooden Lattice
We are able to provide true value for money by giving specialized service of remodeling for old wooden lattices. The remodel lattice provides work efficiency equivalent to new lattice.While remodeling , only spiked lags are taken out of the old lattice and reused and the rest of the components are replaced by new ones.
